We offer free standard shipping for all orders over $300. 

The following flat rates apply for orders under $300:

Once your order is processed, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can track your parcel. Please note that processing times may vary depending on the volume of orders we receive.

International Orders

Unfortunately, we currently only ship within Australia, however we are working on going global! Register your interest for international shipping by emailing hello@kenisleepwear.com.

Change of heart? No worries. We offer easy, hassle-free 14 day returns.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, whether it’s our silk sleepwear or linen pyjamas, or both! If for any reason you are not happy with any item, we offer hassle-free returns within 14 days of receipt of your order, for a full refund.

All items must be returned in their original, resalable condition, with all tags and packaging intact. We reserve the right to reject any returns that do not meet these requirements.

Please note that your original shipping fees are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item was damaged or defective upon arrival. 

Full priced items purchased using a promotional discount code are only eligible for a credit note return. Sleepwear purchased using our bundle discounts automatically applied at checkout are still eligible for a full refund.

Items marked as final sale are not eligible to be returned, except where they are found to be faulty.

HOW TO RETURN:

To initiate a return, please email our customer service team at returns@kenisleepwear.com with your order number, the item you wish to return and the reason for your return. We will provide you instructions on how to proceed.

Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.

We recommend following the care instructions on the label of your sleepwear. Generally, for silk we suggest hand washing in cold water and hanging or laying flat to dry. For linen, you can use a cold delicate machine wash and hang or lay flat to dry.

What payment methods can I use?

We accept a variety of payment methods, including major credit cards, Afterpay, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay. You can select your preferred payment method at checkout.

Where do you ship?

We ship to all states and territories in Australia. Currently we are unable to offer international shipping, but we’re working on it! Please emailhello@kenisleepwear.com if you are outside of Australia and would like to register your interest in our sleepwear, that way we’ll prioritise shipping to your locale.

Can I make changes to my order after it’s been placed?

We do everything we can to fulfill orders quickly and usually cannot make updates after an order has been placed. These changes include removing or adding products and/or changing the delivery address. If a mistake has been made with your order information, it’s quickest to create a new order with the correct information and then contact our Customer Service team to arrange a refund on your first order - hello@kenisleepwear.com
