Where can I wear my KENI sleepwear?
The simple answer is, anywhere, anytime. We’ve purposely designed all KENI Sleepwear to blur the lines between sleepwear and streetwear. We want you to get the most out of your pyjamas, not just wear them for 8 hours a night and then shove them under your pillow. We want to increase your wardrobe options and decrease your cost per wear!
What is your sleepwear made from?
We only use high-quality natural fabrics for all our sleepwear, mainly 100% mulberry silk and 100% linen. We use natural and breathable fabrics to help you sleep better and to make styling your sleepwear with your regular wardrobe super easy.
How do I care for my sleepwear?
We recommend following the care instructions on the label of your sleepwear. Generally, for silk we suggest hand washing in cold water and hanging or laying flat to dry. For linen, you can use a cold delicate machine wash and hang or lay flat to dry.
Why does your silk have slight imperfections?
Silk is a natural fibre which means there may be some natural imperfections in the fabric. We also sand wash our 100% Mulberry silk to give it a lived in, velvety matte appearance. This can sometimes cause imperfections in the print, however this is part of the natural charm of the product.
How does your sizing work?
Our sleepwear is designed to be a relaxed fit, whether it’s worn in bed or out and about. For that reason we have chosen to combine some of our sizes. We currently offer sizes 4, 6/8, 10/12 and 14/16. We suggest selecting your normal size when purchasing, wherever that happens to fall. If you prefer a snugger fit, we recommend sizing down. If you’re in-between sizes (e.g. 8-10), size down if you prefer a regular fit and go up if you prefer a more relaxed fit. As always, please refer to our size chart for specific measurements.
Why are your pyjama sets sold as separates?
We never want to dictate how, when or where you wear your sleepwear, which is why all our pieces are available to buy as separates. It means you can mix and match sizes and styles, to give you the perfect PJ set.
Can I return my sleepwear?
Yes, we offer a hassle-free returns process. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate the return process. See our Returns page for more details.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping method you select at checkout. Generally, orders are processed within 1-2 business days and shipped within 3-5 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Where do you ship?
We ship to all states and territories in Australia. Currently we are unable to offer international shipping, but we’re working on it! Please email hello@kenisleepwear.com if you're outside of Australia and would like to register your interest in our sleepwear, that way we’ll prioritise shipping to your locale.
Can I cancel my order after it has been placed?
We do our best to process orders quickly, so if you need to cancel an order, please contact us at hello@kenisleepwear.com as soon as possible. If the order has already been processed or shipped, we cannot cancel it, but you can return the items for a refund, minus shipping costs.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept a variety of payment methods, including major credit cards, Afterpay, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay. You can select your preferred payment method at checkout.
Can I track my order?
Yes, once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information from AusPost. You can use this information to track your package online.
