We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, whether it’s our silk sleepwear or linen pyjamas, or both! If for any reason you are not happy with any item, we offer hassle-free returns within 14 days of receipt of your order, for a full refund.
All items must be returned in their original, resalable condition, with all tags and packaging intact. We reserve the right to reject any returns that do not meet these requirements.
Please note that your original shipping fees are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item was damaged or defective upon arrival.
Full priced items purchased using a promotional discount code are only eligible for a credit note return. Sleepwear purchased using our bundle discounts automatically applied at checkout are still eligible for a full refund.
Items marked as final sale are not eligible to be returned, except where they are found to be faulty.
HOW TO RETURN:
To initiate a return, please email our customer service team at returns@kenisleepwear.com with your order number, the item you wish to return and the reason for your return. We will provide you instructions on how to proceed.
Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
